We (The BYNDery, LLC.) want to provide an update regarding The BYNDery.

Due to significant financial hardship as well as a series of difficult unexpected circumstances over the past year, operations for The BYNDery have ceased. Unfortunately, the financial circumstances that lead to the closure of The BYNDery have also limited that ability to continue any fulfillment operations.

We know many customers placed orders with excitement and trust, and we are truly sorry for the frustration and disappointment this situation has caused. The BYNDery was built with a genuine love for books and the community around them. It is heartbreaking that things have ended this way.

At the time operations ended, a number of orders were still in various stages of production, and some inventory had already been produced. The Rush edition is completely finished and has actually reached us despite delays. These books are available. For those who have sent in books for customs, due to flooding, demolition, and a pack-out of household contents, immediate access to this inventory limited. This may affect how quickly remaining items can be located and shipped.

Customers who paid through credit cards or other payment processors may contact their payment provider regarding their transaction. We will cooperate with those processes as they occur.

For customers with outstanding orders have not initiated a payment dispute, it may be possible to ship those items if a prepaid shipping label is provided by the customer. For books that were sent in for binding and are not completed, you may send a label to receive your books despite the status of disputes. Due to business closure, we are unable to cover shipping costs. After requests related to existing orders have been addressed, any remaining inventory may be made available with no extra expense as long as a label is provided.
